At Tollington's, we take pride in our thoughtfully designed space that harmoniously blends the charm of a traditional British fish and chip shop with the vibrant energy of a Spanish tapas bar. Our exterior retains the original emerald green frontage, featuring gold serif lettering a tribute to the building's rich history. Inside, we've preserved authentic elements like the tiled floor and formica tables, creating an atmosphere that feels both nostalgic and fresh.

The front area boasts a long, narrow bar reminiscent of Barcelona's El Xampanyet, inviting guests to enjoy a quick bite and a glass of house wine while leaning against wooden ledges. The back room offers a cozy dining space with round marble tables and a stunning mosaic by artist Anja Maye, depicting the view from our family home in Spain. This blend of historical preservation and Spanish-inspired design creates a unique and inviting ambiance that we are excited to share with our guests.
